Outperforming carbon steel with just two sizes
SoluForce is available in 4” and 6” diameters only. Despite only having 2 sizes, SoluForce has proven to be the solution for large range of applications due to its flexibility, physical and operational, as well as its ability to transport at high pressures. Because of its Roughness Coefficient, SoluForce can transport a larger volume of fluid compared to Carbon Steel at the same pressure and with the same diameter.
Fast deployment with error-free joining
SoluForce RTP comes in 400-meter coils that only weigh approximately 2 Tons. This packaging allows for easy transportation and easy handling in the field. SoluForce enables several types of connections: Pipe-to-Pipe (P2P), via flanges and with a unique proprietary Electrofusion method. The Electrofusion system is fully computerized thus eliminating any human error possibility during joining. For Onshore installations, the estimated installation rate per day is 2 Kilometers per day with a 5-man crew size. This reduces the footprint in the environment and reduces the normal installation time of Carbon Steel to a fraction of time.
